How To Benefit From Coriander(Cilantro)
Coriander (cilantro) is useful in tumors and edema, high cholesterol, diarrhea, mouth ulcers, anemia, menstrual disorders, conjunctivitis, skin diseases, high blood sugar levels and it also promotes good digestion, supports eye health.
The fruits of coriander are widely used as a spice in the food industry (plus baking bread Borodino) and cooking. Fresh coriander leaves are an excellent snack that excites the appetite.

Diarrhea: These components of essential oil of coriander such as borneol and linalool promotes digestion, helps in maintaining the normal functioning of the liver, corrects bowel movements, thus helping to treat diarrhea.
Ulcers in the mouth: Sitronelol, a component of essential oils of coriander, is an excellent antiseptic and antimicrobial and has healing properties. Additionally, it freshens the breath too.
Anemia: Coriander is rich in iron, which directly aids in the treatment of anemia.
Help digestion: Coriander, which has a rich aroma, is an excellent appetizer, which promotes the proper use of the secretion of enzymes and digestive juices, and stimulates digestion. It is also used in the treatment of anorexia.
Menstrual disorders: Coriander helps to properly restore the secretion of hormones and the menstrual cycle, but also alleviates pain and other unwanted symptoms during the period.
