Everyone in these days have so many pressures. Either he or she is a working professional or student and these pressures create tension which can cause stomach disorders. As I myself experience very chaotic routines in my life, I've suffered with stomach disorders for ten years of my life. I have tried each and every type of medicine from allopathic to homeopathic and found no results. I lost hope. By chance I discovered something very simple to cure my troubled stomach and since then I have had no complaints and I am very very happy. I would like to share this simple recipe for those who had tried everything but failed to get relief from stomach disorders.
Things you need:
1. Onion Seed 250 grams
2. Ajwain Seed 250 grams
3. Black Hurr (Kali Hurr) 250 grams
What you need to do is just clear all three ingredients from dust and any other particles. Now put a pan with one teaspoon full of Desi Ghee (you can get this by melting pure butter for 3 minutes). Saute Black Hurr (Kali Hurr) in Desi Ghee until it becomes light brown (approximately for 3 minutes) and then cool it down.
Take a hand grinder. First put onion seed in it and grind to make powder. Then do the same with Ajwain Seed and Sauteed Black Hurr. After grinding these three ingredients take a flour strainer and separate fine powder from un-grinded particles. Now repeat the process with rest of un-grinded particles left over until they all become the same.
Mix three of them into a bowl and put it in an airtight jar to avoid humidity. Your stomach aid is ready for use now. Take 1 teaspoon half an hour before your breakfast and 1 teaspoon after having your dinner. You will realize the effects after you use it for three or four days. For your information, it is also a very good remedy for heartburn. You will no longer see gastric problems, irritating bowl function, and stomach discomfort in just three days.
For those who have any allergies with any of above items, you should consult your physician first before using it. When using continuously for three weeks, give yourself a one week break and gradually increase the break timing from one week to one and half week, two weeks and so on.
I did not observe any side effects on myself. To be on the safe side start with a small quantity and if you do not observe any discomfort you are welcome to continue with it. If it works for you and you feel good please remember me in your prayers.
